WEB SERIES LINEUP

It all started in the mid 90’s and with a  Hohner acoustic guitar Jerseybob was thrust into the world of songwriting and poetry.  Travelling his love and the constant movement brought many a folk song to the fore.  Writing originals was from the outset and he always had ears for other self penned artists.  With now over 200 recorded songs and his Autobiography out on the shelves, Jerseybob surely must be a Jersey Icon? Comedy plays a huge part in his shows and often a 4 hour epic performance could be broken into an hour of tom foolery.  Hilarious at times and heartbreaking at others.  Vin Garbutt being one of his all time favourites.  If you fancy a night of entertainment and Original well thought out songs with a fairly solid melody then you must see Jerseybob. Monika now joins the merry throng and bring her percussive skills to the floor.  From hammering the Cajon to a gentle shaker Monika keeps things together and makes the stage look far more attractive.  A husband and wife team that works wonders. Now into his 23rd year of playing it’s time to catch a show near you and have a bloody good time.

Dan Sharp

Soulful songwriter, Dan Sharp has spent the last two years slowly carving out a place in the NZ music landscape. Early 2018 saw him collaborate with acclaimed artist/producer, Thomas Oliver. The resulting first single, Lifeline, achieved several thousand plays quickly on the back of strong reviews from international blogs, including Australia's Happy Magazine. Dan then spent 6 weeks song writing with established writers in the UK and Ireland. To round out the trip, Dan and Thomas linked up once again and recorded the remainder of Dan's EP, Slack Tide in Berlin. The EP achieved NZ Chart positions, 5-star reviews and Official Spotify playlisting - the top song, Kindle and Coal reaching half a million plays in under two months. From playing festival stages (Rhythm and Vines 2018/19) to smaller shows all over NZ, Dan is steadily making his mark on the local and international scene.

Lost Tribe Aotearoa

Lost Tribe Aotearoa is a Raglan based group of talented musos, hailing from all over the Pacific.  Formed in late 2017, LTA have an underlying genre of roots reggae which morphs into blues, rock, ska and hip-hop.  LTA pride themselves on their high-energy live set, and are sure to have the crowd singing every song.

With most of the members being of Tūwharetoa descent, one American and one from Aitutaki, their ancestral vibes shoot clearly through their music. LTA are fresh on the Aotearoa music scene with their lush reggae skanks, catchy choruses and phat dub basslines.  This is a type of reggae that you will rarely find both locally or internationally.

In 2019 LTA were nominated for best roots artist next to Troy Kingi and LAB.  In May 2020, mid lockdown for Covid, they released their debut self-titled album which received rave reviews.

Bianca has been singing and performing since her early 20's as a solo artist. She has occasionally been involved with other musicians such as Quarter Acer Lifestyle, Burn the Bridges, and the Ed Taylor Collaboration before moving to Taupo in 2019.

Bianca is passionate about writing and performing original music. She gets inspired by songwriters such as Neil Young, Amy Winehouse and Stevie Nicks and enjoys covering their songs.
